Following group discussion and guided meditation under the trees, the small group moves out in silence for a period of walking meditation, in the pasture with the horses.
People are invited to interact with the horses, or simply observe and explore the rest of the space, with curiosity and openness.
There is a lot we can learn from being in their presence. As we connect with them, our heart rate slows, our breathing deepens and the flurry of activity that occupies our brains begins to quiet. Doorways open and experiences emerge that can be long lasting and profound.
Facilitators close the session with more opportunities to process their experiences.
